Hello!

Glasgow FPV is a community of FPV pilots based in and around Glasgow, Scotland. We're a friendly group of pilots, makers, and tinkerers who love all things FPV — from tiny whoops to full-size racing and freestyle rigs, to planes, wings, and everything in between.

We operate as a casual BMFA-affiliated club. Membership is £10 a month as of 2026, which we use to pay for our flying field, maintaining the gates and temperamental lawnmower, and other various bits and pieces to keep us going.

Where do we fly?

We're lucky to have our own flying field at Crafurdland Castle Estate near Kilmarnock which we practice and run races at regularly over the sunnier parts of the year.

Over the winter, we've been flying tiny whoops at Calton Heritage & Learning Centre near the Barrowlands every Tuesday from 19:45 onwards£10 a session.

Beyond that, folk like to fly all over the place — our Discord is the best place to find out what people are up to.

Come join us!

The best way to get involved is to hop into our Discord for a chat — that's where we (for better or worse) do most of our organising at the moment. All skill levels are welcome: some of us have been flying for years; some of us are only just getting started.

And the important bits...

The information here is up to date as of April 2026.

We're a registered Scottish charity (Glasgow First Person View Drone Community, SC054403).

We're a BMFA-affiliated club (CL003079).
